Full Job Description

Job Title: Pediatrician

Pediatrician — Outpatient Primary Care | Los Angeles CA

$130 – $140 per hour (approx. $270,000 – $291,000 annually at full-time) Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — no nights, no weekends, no call

Why this role is worth a conversation:

Federal and state loan repayment eligible. This is an approved NHSC scholar site — a meaningful financial advantage for residents and early-career pediatricians carrying training debt.
A schedule you can actually build a life around. Straight weekdays, 8 to 5. No call rotation, no weekend coverage, no night shifts.
A workable panel. 20–22 patients per day in a well-supported outpatient setting — not a volume mill.
Nose and tail malpractice coverage included. No gap exposure when you move on.
Open to residents finishing training. If you complete your pediatrics residency in 2026 or 2027, you are eligible to apply now.

Requirements

MD or DO
Completing an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency, or Board Eligible, or Board Certified in Pediatrics
Active California medical license, or license eligible (verify — see open items)
Fluency in Spanish and English. The majority of the patient population is Spanish-speaking, and direct provider-to-patient communication without an interpreter is essential to safe pediatric care in this setting.
Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

$130 – $140 per hour, commensurate with experience
