What You'll Do
You'll independently manage residential and commercial real estate transactions while providing an outstanding experience for buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, attorneys, investors, and builders.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage files from contract through closing and final disbursement
- Prepare Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and all required closing documents
- Coordinate with Realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and other parties throughout the transaction
- Review title commitments and assist with clearing title requirements
- Schedule and conduct closings
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and Florida regulations
- Balance files and accurately disburse funds
- Provide proactive communication and outstanding customer service throughout every transaction
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Escrow Closer who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering a smooth closing experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Florida title or escrow closing experience
- Ability to independently manage files from opening through closing
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Qualia preferred
- Commercial closing experience is a plus but not required
