Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and machine troubleshooting will ensure efficient production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced industrial equipment and contribute to high-quality manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for the operation of machine throughout the shift to produce parts within required tolerances.
-Make offset adjustments, sharpen, change and adjust tooling, and maintain fluids.
-Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and maintaining a clean and safe workstation.

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating CNC machines including setup and operation IS A MUST.
-Ability to call up programs, offset tools and overall knowledge of basic CNC machine operation.
-Possess strong mathematical abilities, verbal/written communication and problem solving skills.
-Ability to read and understand blueprints.
-Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy.
-Ability to relate to team members well and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
-Self Starter
-Reliable and an on-time employee

1st shift
Hours are 7 to 330 pm
