POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a passionate Cultivation Associate to join our growing GOLDFLOWER team. The individual in this role will adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols and company guidelines that will contribute to the production of high-quality cannabis products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cultivation Activities:
- Perform daily plant care activities under the direction of cultivation leadership, ensuring adherence to production plans and timelines.
- Execute cultivation tasks including cloning, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, de-leafing, harvesting, trimming, and plant movement.
- Assist with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) activities, including application of approved treatments and beneficial organisms.
- Conduct routine plant inspections (scouting) to identify pests, diseases, or other issues and report findings promptly.
- Accurately document all cultivation activities, including chemical applications, plant tracking, and compliance records in seed-to-sale systems.
Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all GMP protocols and company guidelines to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Follow all company policies related to safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures.
Facility Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cultivation and work areas in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years old, and able to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including extended days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in cannabis is beneficial.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience working with trimming scissors.
- Greenhouse/Nursery experience
- Background in Agriculture or landscaping experience

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
