What you'll do

Load and unload material for our Robots/CNC machines
Collect data and monitor product conformity
Stay aware of job requirements (production rates, operation details)
Identify product (in-process, non-conforming)
Basic machine maintenance
Assembly, packing, tumbling, and deburring
3S – Sort, Shine, Standardize
Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers

What we're looking for

A coachable, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn — no experience needed
Must be 18 or older to operate a CNC machine
Able to stand for most of the shift and lift 35 lbs or more
Comfortable learning our systems (we'll train you on Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, our internal database, and Microsoft Office)

Pay & benefits

$20-$25/hr, 1st shift
