Full Job Description

Shane Smith Law is a well-established and reputable law firm with 20+ attorneys and 100+ team members dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. With a commitment to excellence, we specialize in personal injury. As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help us grow.

Seasonal Position with Potential Full Time Employment | Remote in GA, NC, SC

Positions Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with an hour for lunch

What You'll Do

Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools across the firm.
Identify opportunities to automate administrative and legal workflows.
Develop AI-powered solutions for document management, case organization, client communication, and internal processes.
Integrate AI platforms with existing software and workflows.
Create prompts, automations, and AI-assisted workflows using modern AI tools.
Test new AI technologies and recommend practical applications for the firm.
Train team members on newly implemented AI systems.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

Junior or Senior undergraduate pursuing a degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong interest in generative AI and workflow automation.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
Experience with APIs, Python, JavaScript, low-code/no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
Curious, innovative, and eager to experiment with new technologies.
