About you:

The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the management of an assigned property portfolio, including the operation, physical condition and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with applicable management contracts.

In this role, you will:

· Manage a portfolio of commercial properties.

· Maintain owner and tenant relationships through appropriate communication.

· Assist in the supervision of vendors to ensure the delivery of quality service. Supervision of construction management projects as required.

· Conduct revenue/expense analysis and provide reports as required. In addition to monitoring expenses and implementing cost controls.

· Manage receivables and ensure timely payment of rent from tenants.

· Complete property inspections and monthly reports.

· Regularly organize and maintain property folders and data.

· Track contract renewal and critical expiration dates; obtaining supplier and contractor proposals; handling calls from tenants and contractors.

What you'll bring:

· Business, Real Estate or Finance degree strongly preferred.

· Ideally 3 years related work experience in commercial property management.

· Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and especially strong skills in Excel. Experience in Yardi Breeze and Voyager is a plus.

· Excellent client relations skills both with owners and tenants.

· Excellent organizational, prioritization and communications skills.

· Able to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations and work with minimal direction/supervision.

· Team oriented and possess a positive can-do attitude.

***This is an onsite working arrangement at our downtown Savannah, Georgia location with regular site visits required to designated properties within the market.***

Salary: The salary for this role will be determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
