The Secretary agrees to perform these services:

 Coordinate the facility usage and manage the Master Calendar of Events.

 Coordinate building maintenance and repairs with the Church Sexton.

 Coordinate Supplies for Office and Ministries.

 Work with the Media Ministry to produce products of quality.

 Participate in assigned meetings.

 Oversee coordination for weddings and other church events.

 Serve as executive assistant to the Pastor.

 Manage and receive all correspondence from Ministries needing approval from the Pastor.

 Assist the Church Clerk in maintaining the church’s membership roster.

 Assist Ministries through typed or written correspondence as needed.

 Delegate Volunteer Support in proper roles as designed.

 Aid in the development of processes to manage communications and programs for the church.

Maintain the Pastor and church's Master Calendars.

 Support the Pastor with other assigned duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
