Full Job Description

If you've been in public adjusting for any amount of time, you already know the deal.

The money is real — but it's slow. Claims take months. You close a great deal in January and you're still waiting on that check in April. Meanwhile life doesn't pause.

We've been there. So we built the role differently.

Here's how it works: we give you a $1,000/week base. We set the appointments. You show up, inspect the property, work the adjuster meeting, and close. While you're doing that, your pipeline is quietly building in the background. By year two, those commissions start clearing — on top of your base, not instead of it.

And if you're the type who doesn't want to wait — the door is open to generate your own leads on top of what we provide. The 3% commission on self-generated deals is there if you want it.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, let's talk.

What the role looks like day to day

Pre-set appointments with homeowners — provided for you
Property inspections and honest damage assessments
Closing contracts and getting agreements signed
Insurance adjuster meetings — you'll own these

The money

$1,000/week base, guaranteed from day one
1% commission on company-provided deals
3% commission on self-generated deals
Year 1: $60,000 – $70,000
Year 2: $80,000 – $100,000+
Company vehicle included

What we're looking for

Illinois Public Adjuster license
Someone who knows how to close and doesn't need to be walked through it
Hungry enough to self-generate when your calendar has space

If you're a proven sales closer but haven't gotten your PA license, we can help you get there. The course is $2,400 — we'll cover $2,000 of it. You just put in $400 and we'll help you qualify for this role.
