Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Office / Leasing Assistant to join our vibrant team. This is a Part Time position 15 - 20 hours per week including Saturdays. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through our leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in real estate market analysis, sales negotiation, and customer service will help us build lasting relationships and fill our communities with happy residents.

Duties

Greet prospective tenants warmly and provide detailed tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings in the local real estate market.
Negotiate lease terms effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain client rapport.
Collaborate with management and leasing teams to develop marketing strategies that attract diverse applicants.
Manage real estate transactions efficiently by coordinating paperwork, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Experience

Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing administrative tasks.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and industry best practices for practicing real estate ethically and professionally.
Prior customer service experience that emphasizes building client rapport through clear communication and attentive service.
