Social Media Manager / Content Growth Specialist
Alchemy Enterprises is looking for a Social Media Manager who is obsessed with attention, content, marketing, and growth.
This is not a basic “post a few times a week” social media job.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build a dominant online presence across multiple brands, platforms, recruiting campaigns, sales programs, field teams, events, and partnerships. The right person is creative, aggressive, organized, AI-savvy, and genuinely excited by the idea of turning real business activity into content that gets noticed.
You will work directly under the Founder/CEO and help lead the charge on how our company shows up online.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for helping manage, grow, and improve our presence across platforms including, but not limited to:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- LinkedIn
- Snapchat
- YouTube Shorts
- Other emerging platforms, groups, communities, and niche online spaces
This role requires someone who understands that social media is bigger than just posting graphics. You will help us build attention, recruit talent, showcase our teams, highlight leaders, promote opportunities, support campaigns, and position our company as one of the most active and exciting organizations in the industry.

AI + Content Tools
You must be comfortable using AI and paid creative tools to help produce better content faster.
This may include tools for:

We want someone who knows how to use technology to move faster, create more, test more ideas, and make the company look sharp.
Field Content + Team Stories
A big part of this role will be finding great content inside the company.
You will help collect, organize, critique, curate, and repurpose user-submitted content from our field teams. You will help create systems that encourage agents, managers, and leaders to submit photos, videos, wins, testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, event footage, and real stories from the field.
You will also help identify standout agents, leaders, managers, and candidates inside our systems and turn those stories into short, professional, appealing content pieces without making them feel boring or overdone.
The goal is to make our company feel alive online.
Paid Ads, Influencers + Growth
You should either understand or be excited to learn the full ecosystem of online growth, including:
- Paid social ads
- Sponsored posts
- Boosted content
- Retargeting
- Micro-influencers
- Creator partnerships
- Local community pages
- Niche groups
- Recruiting funnels
- Event-based marketing
- Budget-conscious campaign testing
We operate with a real budget, but we expect that budget to be used intelligently. You must know how to stretch a dollar, test ideas, measure results, and figure out where the best return is coming from.
We want someone scrappy, creative, and results-oriented.
Events, Travel + Real-World Marketing
This role will also go beyond regular social media.
You may be asked to help identify or support:
- Trade shows
- Networking events
- Local events
- College events
- Recruiting events
- Team launches
- Field visits
- Sales campaigns
- Brand activations
At times, you may travel to meet with a team, cover an event, capture content, interview people, take photos, shoot video, and turn that content into multiple usable pieces across our social media channels.
Approval + Direction
All final content will need to be approved before publishing.
You will work directly with the Founder/CEO on messaging, direction, priorities, campaigns, and brand strategy. This is a hands-on role with direct access to leadership, fast feedback, and real responsibility.

Compensation
- $15/hour
- Plus commission, bonuses, and performance-based incentives
- Incentives may be tied to results such as campaign performance, recruiting impact, content production, engagement, lead flow, event support, and other measurable outcomes
