Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Client Care Technicians to join our team.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 12 months sober and actively engaged in working a 12-step based recovery program (if recovering). Must have a Pennsylvania driver’s license and proper documentation of insurance and registration.

Reports to: House Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for conducting safety checks and ensuring that supervision is in accordance with individual supervision guidelines as needed.

· Document timely, accurate and appropriate information in client’s record.

· Assist in providing a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for clients, significant others, and staff.

· Interact routinely with clients, observe behaviors, and communicate significant observations to clinical staff.

· Carry out light housekeeping tasks to help keep the environment neat, sanitary, and well-maintained

· Facilitate client educational groups which cover a variety of topics including social skills, coping skills, anger management and independent living skills.

· Engage clients in activities and interactions designed to encourage achievement of treatment goals.

· Complete and maintain required documentation. Assist with follow-up and paperwork as required on incidents and events that may take place in the facility.

· Facilitate life skills groups focused on cleaning, hygiene, personal responsibility, and room organization.

· Utilize and maintain documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

· Proactively identify and address household needs to support a high-quality, client-centered living environment.

· Provide transportation for clients regionally as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
