Overview

In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service through effective communication, organization, and problem-solving. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
Handle data entry tasks accurately, including filing, record keeping, and updating customer information in various systems like QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
Support office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking payments using accounting software.

Experience

Previous office experience or administrative support background is highly preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is a plus.
Bilingual skills are desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
Excellent phone etiquette, professionalism, and clear communication are essential.
