Summary

The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring smooth operation of our lock systems and functionality. This position is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that Secure Lox is known for.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support
Utilize remedy tickets to track and resolve technical problems
Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving
Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve escalated technical issues Qualifications
Proficiency in computer management, Windows OS, TeamViewer and other remote access software
Experience in technical support and software troubleshooting
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on problem resolution
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after issue resolution

Requirements

Must have a college degree in computer science, IT or related field.
Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Familiarity with call center operations and data entry processes.
Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Basic knowledge of sales principles is beneficial.
