Must be a Licensed Nurse in good standing within the State of Arkansas
Minimum one year of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility or other geriatric healthcare facility is preferred but not required
Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner
Must speak and understand English
Care & concern for the geriatric population!
Familiar with Point Click Care and/or Computer Skills

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
Maintain the flow of the hall in a respectful, professional manner for both the team members and the residents.
Have complete and accurate charting.
Must assist with direct patient care.
Attend all meetings set forth by the Director of Nursing, Administrator and/or Nurse Consultant.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor with doctors, clinics and other professionals.
