Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson specializing in 18 Wheeler Trailers to join our expanding sales team. Your expertise in outside sales, B2B negotiations, and customer relationship building will be essential to achieve sales targets and grow our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals with dealership experience and a passion for heavy-duty vehicle solutions to make a significant impact.

The California legislature has outlawed the sale of refrigerated trailers being powered by diesel by 2030. All refrigerated 18 Wheels will have to be powered by electricity. Our company sells electricity powered refrigerated 18 Wheelers and the EV chargers that provide the electricity.

You will sell our trailers and charging station to the transportation industry whilst providing them with knowledge of the rebate they'll receive when they buy. This is a commission job with a bi-weekly draw provided to get your earning well over $100,00 annually.

Duties

Engage in proactive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to prospective clients in the transportation and logistics sectors
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships
Conduct compelling product presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase the features and benefits of 18 Wheeler Trailers to potential buyers
Negotiate deal terms, pricing, financing options, and contract details to close high-value sales efficiently
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up communication, and personalized client interactions

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automotive industry sales with a focus on heavy-duty vehicles or trailers
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end deals in a dealership or retail environment
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities
Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within a competitive market setting
