Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a professional office environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software programs and technologies.
A problem solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
An organized and efficient multi-tasker, who can effectively pivot and re-prioritize to adjust to constant changes and urgent deadlines.
Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and successfully understand the client’s needs.
Able to take direction from and collaborate with others balanced with also being highly reliable and and a quick and adaptive learner.
Meticulous attention to detail and through in all tasks with strong follow-through and follow-up.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

Experience with escrow, title, insurance, or real estate transactions.
Fluency in speaking multiple languages.
A natural self-starter with the desire to learn, contribute, and try new challenges.
A positive person who can work well under stress.

Job Responsibilities:

This position will provide assistance to the Sr. Escrow Closers in all escrow transactions, including customer support and administrative duties. The typical tasks performed in this position include but are not limited to all industry standard escrow responsibilities, such as those listed below as well as other tasks as assigned.

Answer phone lines, greet clients, and set-up conference rooms for meetings.
Open new orders and ensure data entry is accurate.
Order and assemble documents and information necessary for each order.
Coordinate and scheduling signing appointments.
Interact with customers regarding different aspects of an order.
Assemble documents packages and double checking for errors.
Oversee office supplies and other administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This role will be communicating regularly with all parties involved during the escrow process with an emphasis on customer service. The position will also work closely with title officers, loan processors, agents and others involved in the closing process throughout all stages of escrow.
