Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO or ND) to join our dynamic FM concierge medical team at our Seattle (Ravenna), Bellevue, and Kirkland locations. Candidates must have Functional Medicine Training and/or an A4M Fellowship.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $300,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized functional medicine consultations, focusing on preventive care and holistic treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care, integrating insights from various health disciplines.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest functional medicine practices.
Foster strong patient relationships through effective communication, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in providing personalized functional medicine consultations with a focus on preventive care.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Proven track record of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans considering lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest functional medicine practices.
Strong communication skills to foster patient relationships through empathy and a patient-centered approach.
Experience in maintaining accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Functional Medicine Training and/or an A4M Fellowship is required for this role.
