Job Description:

Demonstrates compliance with mandatory meetings through attendance, written testing, or make-up sessions.
Maintains accurate and complete Employee Health records. Monitors and tracks bloodborne pathogen exposures and Tuberculin skin testing program for compliance per hospital policy.
Monitors Employee Health records for compliance with vaccination requirements per hospital policy.
Assists in the organization of employee files, records, and pertinent occupational health statistics to facilitate easy access and analysis.
Employs sound professional judgment and demonstrates creativity in recommending reasonable solutions in the work environment.
Assists in the follow-up of workers’ compensation investigations at the request of the Manager and accurately documents findings.
Other duties as assigned. Administers medication and vaccines provided in the Employee Health Department. Conducts new hire assessments and annual assessments for team members.

Education:

Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

1+ years experiences as a registered nurse [Required]

Microsoft, Excel, EMR experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:

$32.16 - $56.28

Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
