Best Kids Tampa is expanding our high-energy team — and we’re looking for a fun, dynamic, and passionate Cheer Instructor to bring the spirit, skills, and smiles to our young athletes! If you’ve got a love for cheer, experience working with kids, and the ability to turn every class into a confidence-building celebration, this could be YOUR perfect fit!
What We’re All About
At Best Kids Tampa, we do more than teach skills — we build character, leadership, and lifelong confidence through movement. Our programs serve children ages 3–16 in cheer, dance, soccer, basketball, football, and more. As a Cheer Instructor, you’ll inspire kids to shine both on and off the floor while leading safe, engaging, and fun classes rooted in teamwork and positivity.
✅ Responsibilities
- Teach beginner-friendly cheer classes for ages 3–16
- Lead warm-ups, motion drills, chants, jumps, and simple stunts (age-appropriate & safe)
- Build confidence and teamwork in every class
- Help plan & perform in seasonal showcases/recitals
- Communicate with parents in a positive, professional way
- Assist with light set-up & clean-up of class space
✅ Requirements
✔ Cheerleading background (school, competitive, or coaching)
✔ Experience working with kids (teaching, coaching, or leading groups)
✔ Level 2 background check required (per Florida law for child programs)
✔ Reliable transportation to Wesley Chapel, FL
✔ Positive, high-energy attitude — you’re the spirit leader kids look up to!
- Bonus Points: Dance background or experience teaching beginner dance

- $22–$24/hr based on experience

✅ Schedule
- Tuesday–Friday, 3:30–5:30 PM
- 1x/month Early Release Wednesdays, 1:30–3:30 PM
- Team Huddles: Friday 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Occasional weekends for recitals & special events
