ARRT (MR) Certification

Full Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a pivotal role utilizing your expertise in MRI as part of a focused imaging team. This contract position emphasizes advancing patient care with cutting-edge technology and collaboration.

Schedule:

Day shift: 07:30 - 16:00

Desired Qualifications:

Current ARRT(MR) certification required
Active and valid BLS certification
Proven experience operating MRI equipment, capturing quality diagnostic images, and following exam protocols
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal skills to ease patient concerns and support clinical teams

Role Responsibilities:

Perform MRI studies according to physician orders while ensuring optimal image quality and patient comfort
Prepare patients for scans, thoroughly explaining procedures and addressing any questions or anxieties
Maintain rigorous safety protocols for both patients and magnet room environments
Properly document and archive examination results within the electronic medical record system
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic services
Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed to minimize downtime

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
