Full Job Description

Glenmoor Country Club is a high volume Private Country Club/Resort located in Canton, OH

A qualified candidate possesses culinary experience and will serve as an assistant to the Banquet Chef at the club.

Catering Banquet Sous Responsibilities

Oversees the work of the banquet kitchen staff
Takes orders from the banquet chef
Prepping food for events
Assists in developing menus based on client specifications
Works alongside the sales team to facilitate orders, helping with menus, and making sure all events are successful.

Catering Banquet Sous Qualifications

Several years experience in the food industry
Must be able to express creativity through food selections, preparation, and presentation
Must have excellent verbal communication and leadership skills
Must be detail oriented
Must have the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
Be able to solve problems quickly under pressure
Must pass background check

Full time is eligible for health, life and dental. Paid vacation, FSA, 401K and more.
