We're a warm, collaborative, high-volume practice in Maple Grove, MN focused on personalized, nervous system-based care for kids, pregnant mamas, and families of all kinds—babies through grandparents.
As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for a purpose-driven chiropractor who's excited to join our close-knit team and co-treat alongside experienced doctors. Whether you're early in your chiropractic journey or have been in practice several years, you'll be supported through hands-on mentorship, team learning, and room to grow—personally and professionally.

✅ Are comfortable adjusting 150–200 visits/week with confidence and clarity
✅ Value results, relationships, and personalized care over cookie-cutter routines
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality adjustments in a shared, open-concept adjusting space
- Welcome and see new patients as a regular, ongoing part of your practice
- Perform thorough, thoughtful new patient exams across all ages and populations
- Use CLA Insight scanning technology to guide care recommendations
- Clearly communicate personalized care plans to patients, including recommendations around cost and continued care
- Lead day-2 report of findings presentations with patients
- Communicate consistently with fellow doctors to coordinate shared patient care
- Participate in team case reviews and contribute to shared patient outcomes
- Support outreach and in-office events that connect us with our community
- Educate the community through social media content, including on-camera videos
- Grow through weekly mentorship and leadership development sessions
Extra Bonus Points:
- Webster Certified (or working toward it!)
- Pediatric or prenatal training

- Prior experience creating social content or public speaking
