General Manager – Smoothie King (Shawnee, KS)

Base Salary: $48,000–$54,000 DOE

Bonus Eligible – Typical Total Earnings $60,000+

This role offers a competitive base salary PLUS performance-based bonuses tied to measurable metrics — giving you real upside without sacrificing stability.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Pay: $48,000–$54,000 per year (depending on experience)
Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus opportunities tied to:
Labor management
Inventory cost control
Guest experience scores
Team sales performance (Enhancers & Extras)
Annual Compliance Bonus
Typical Total Earnings: $60,000+

Bonus programs reward results and are clear and achievable for strong performers.

What You’ll Do

As the General Manager, you’ll:

Lead all daily store operations
Hire, train, and develop team members
Manage labor and scheduling
Control inventory and cost of goods
Drive sales performance and upselling initiatives
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Deliver exceptional guest service

You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership.

A successful candidate will have:

Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred)
Ability to manage labor, costs, inventory, and performance goals
Excellent communication and guest service skills
A track record of accountability and results
Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally

Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.

Hours & Expectations

Full-time general manager role
Typically 45–50 hours per week, including weekends
On-floor leadership and presence
Flexible to cover peak operational periods
