Full Job Description

Overview

The Production Farm is an outside-the-box, fully custom behavioral and mental health care clinic. We reject the sterile, standard clinical mold. Instead, we focus on play, connection, and experiential interventions and modalities to help our clients heal and thrive. Because our approach is dynamic and non-traditional, our team needs foundational support that is organized, reliable, and deeply committed to our mission.

As our staffing compliance administrator, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations across our Manitowoc and Sheboygan footprints. This role balances strict HR compliance and performance management with the practical logistics of running an experiential clinic.

Duties

Performance Cycles & Reviews: Establish and manage the structural infrastructure for annual reviews, performance evaluations, and the processing of corresponding compensation raises.
Accountability & Feedback: Lead and support critical performance interventions, including hosting performance meetings, delivering verbal/written warnings, and structuring supportive yet firm Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Staff Incident Tracking: Maintain, investigate, and rigorously follow up on all internal staff incident reporting to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
Employee Touchpoints: Maintain dedicated office hours and conduct routine employee check-ins to stay connected with team needs.

2. Compliance, Systems & Documentation

Documentation Enforcement: Enforce strict compliance and documentation standards across all departments to protect our clients, our staff, and our clinic.
File Accuracy: Maintain impeccable, highly accurate digital and physical HR personnel files.
HR Tech Administration: Oversee payroll adjustments and raises, onboarding mechanics, and benefits via Gusto, and manage team expenses through Expensify.
Comms Log Management: Keep detailed, real-time records of internal HR communications and policy updates.

3. Onboarding, Training & Culture

Onboarding & Policy Training: Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding experience and run mandatory training sessions regarding company policies and handbook guidelines.
EAP & Benefits Coordination: Serve as the primary resource for team members navigating health insurance, dental/vision plans, and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Retention Events: Coordinate and execute internal staff appreciation and retention events that reflect our fun, community-driven ethos.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in internal leadership and team meetings to align people operations with clinic growth.

4. Practical Logistics & Staffing

Direct Facility Scheduling: Manage the direct coordination, assignment, and oversight of assigned direct service staff.
Clinic Logistics: Oversee room/facility assignments across locations and coordinate the practical stuff—including general purchasing and assigning team members to routine grocery/supply runs for our interactive programs.

Skills

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Coordinator role, ideally within a healthcare, behavioral health, or non-profit environment.
Education: Bachelor or Masters degree required
Tech Savvy: Direct experience utilizing Gusto and Expensify (or highly comparable systems) is required.
Compliance-Minded: A sharp eye for detail with a proven ability to enforce strict documentation standards.
Strong Boundaries & Empathy: Comfortable leaning into tough conversations (warnings, PIPs) with professionalism, fairness, and care.
Mobility: Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel routinely between our Manitowoc and Sheboygan locations.
