Lead floor-level operational transformation to improve efficiency, quality, and overall production output

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, quality, and maintenance.
Establish and monitor key operational metrics and performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, OSHA, FDA, and regulatory standards.
Optimize manufacturing capacity, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Implement and update systems across the facility with continuous improvement strategies in mind
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and long-term growth initiatives.
Lead and mentor department leaders to build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative culture.
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment decisions.
Identify operational risks and implement scalable solutions to support future expansion.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required.

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, co-manufacturing, or related industries. Depth of experience in operational experience will be considered over tenure.
Proven experience leading large-scale operational teams and multi-department functions.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain operations.
Experience with strategic planning, KPI development, and operational budgeting.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage organizational growth and operational scaling.
Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance standards.

Preferred Experience

Experience in beverage production or co-packing environments.
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement certification.
Experience managing high-volume production facilities.
Track record of driving operational efficiencies and profitability improvements.
