Responsibilities:
Client Management & Growth: Manage existing client relationships and drive new business development through onsite visits, lead generation, and spotting new opportunities.
Talent Acquisition & Placement: Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates, seamlessly coordinating submissions and landing them in successful and rewarding job opportunities.
Own the Process: Drive the talent pipeline from both sides?creatively marketing open jobs to attract top-tier candidates, and strategically marketing top talent to our clients.
Retain & Engage: Oversee employee relations, boost retention strategies, and manage candidate redeployment.
Be the Face of Spherion: Network locally to build brand awareness, generate fresh leads, and immerse yourself in the Vermont professional community.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree and at least three years of professional office experience.
Sales experience? That?s a major plus.

Proven success exceeding goals in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to fully leverage modern recruiting tools and processes for maximum productivity.
