Full Job Description

Job Details

1. Customer Reception & Product Sales

Gain a thorough understanding of the features and relevant information of all handmade products. Greet customers warmly and proactively, accurately answer inquiries, provide professional and thoughtful purchasing advice, and efficiently complete product sales.

2. Daily Store Operations

Responsible for product display, arrangement, and updates. Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area, ensure merchandise is neatly and attractively presented, replenish out‑of‑stock items in a timely manner, and uphold the store’s normal operating order.

3. Cashier & Settlement

Skillfully operate the store’s POS/cashier system, properly complete payment collection, change-making, and reconciliation. Process customer checkout procedures quickly and accurately, ensure billing precision, and maintain proper transaction records.

4. Inventory Management (Store)

Conduct inventory counts before and after projects, properly handle product packaging, sorting, and shipping coordination. Ensure accurate inventory data and orderly product flow.

5. Daily Information Feedback

In accordance with department requirements, regularly compile and report on store operations, product status, customer traffic, and other relevant information. Timely communicate work issues and on‑site updates and cooperate with the team on overall coordination tasks.

6. Warehouse Inbound & Outbound Control

Manage warehouse stock, record all inbound and outbound movements, and ensure clear inventory records with accurate book‑to‑physical correspondence.

Requirements

1. Language Skills: Fluent in English and good command of Chinese, capable of smoothly handling sales communication in a store setting.

2. Strong sales acumen and self‑motivation, with a proactive approach to boosting store revenue. Goal‑oriented and highly execution‑driven.

3. Willingness to accept frequent long‑distance business trips and temporary reassignments and comply with the company’s overall work arrangements.

4. Able to work during holidays and peak periods, with compensatory time off provided in accordance with company policies.

5. Capable of short‑term on‑site assignments at the warehouse, responsible for inventory management and assisting with inbound/outbound tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Monthly base salary of $4,000 + 7% sales commission.

2. Formal Employee Benefits: Upon successful completion of the probationary period and official onboarding, you will be entitled to full company benefits (including regular paid leave, holiday perks, team‑building activities, job training, etc.).

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
