Join the Chick-fil-A Shelby team — one of the busiest Chick-fil-A restaurants in the nation. Our pace is fast, our standards are high, and every shift will push you to grow.

We are open 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM, with openers arriving at 5:30 AM and closers finishing by 10:30 PM. This isn’t the easiest job you’ll ever have — but it may be the most rewarding.

Scheduling & Availability Requirements

We are hiring both full-time and part-time team members. Expectations vary by role but standards remain high.

Full-Time:

38–45 hours per week
5 days per week
Fridays and Saturdays required
Shifts may be 8–10 hours

Part-Time:

15–25 hours per week
At least 3 days per week
Most Fridays and Saturdays required
Shifts typically 5–8 hours

For All Team Members:

Ability to work during operating hours (5:30 AM–10:30 PM)
On your feet for long periods
Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons (heat, cold, rain, or snow)
Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
