Full Job Description

We are a growing Connecticut real estate investment company looking for a motivated and competitive Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house team at our Branford office.

This is a sales-driven position for someone who is confident on the phone, persistent with follow-up, comfortable negotiating, and motivated by commission and performance.

You will work directly with homeowners who are considering selling their properties. We provide the leads, systems, training, and support—you are responsible for building relationships, following up, negotiating, and getting deals under contract.

Responsibilities

Speak with homeowners interested in selling their properties
Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls
Consistently follow up with prospective sellers
Build rapport and identify seller motivation
Analyze potential real estate opportunities
Negotiate purchase prices and terms
Present offers and work toward signed contracts
Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
Work closely with management and other members of the acquisitions team
Meet weekly and monthly activity and performance goals

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and phone skills
Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented personality
Comfortable making 75+ calls and follow-ups per day
Persistent and able to handle rejection
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Organized and accountable
Coachable and willing to learn our sales process
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Able to work full-time, in-office in Branford, Connecticut

Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, real estate sales, automotive sales, insurance, solar, recruiting, inside sales, or another commission-based sales role is a major plus.

A Connecticut real estate license is a bonus but is not required.

Compensation

$500 Weekly Base + Uncapped Commission

This is a performance-driven sales position with substantial upside for strong producers.

$500 weekly base
Uncapped commission on closed deals
Leads provided
Training and systems provided
Performance-based growth opportunities
No ceiling on commission earnings

We are looking for someone who wants their income to be directly tied to their results.

Schedule & Location

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

In-Office – Branford, Connecticut

This is not a remote position.
