THE POSITION
Hiring Immediately: Victory Home Remodeling is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator—a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused individual who will serve as the heartbeat of the workplace experience in their office.
This role owns the details that keep the office running smoothly while creating the energy, hospitality, and culture that make people proud to be part of Victory.
You’ll partner with local leaders, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and People Experience to deliver an exceptional experience for employees and candidates alike. You’ll anticipate needs, solve problems, execute culture initiatives, and make sure that if a candidate, new hire, executive, or employee walks through the door, they immediately feel that Victory is different.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWorkplace Experience- Own daily office readiness, ensuring the workplace is clean, organized, stocked, functional, and “show-ready.”
- Manage office supplies, beverages, onboarding materials, and other workplace resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to resolve workplace needs quickly and efficiently.
- Help ensure the office consistently reflects Victory’s brand, standards, energy, and culture.
- Identify opportunities to make the workplace more efficient, welcoming, and enjoyable.
Culture Activation
- Bring Victory’s culture to life through recognition, celebrations, competitions, engagement moments, and team experiences.
- Execute assigned weekly and monthly culture activations with energy and consistency.
- Recognize employees for accomplishments, milestones, birthdays, anniversaries, and other moments that matter.
- Partner with local leaders to create opportunities that strengthen morale, connection, and team engagement.
- Help turn company-wide initiatives into experiences employees can actually see, feel, and participate in locally.
Candidate Experience- Own the in-office candidate experience from arrival through departure.
- Welcome candidates with a high-touch, professional, and hospitable experience.
- Ensure interview rooms, technology, materials, and the surrounding environment are fully prepared.
- Help create a first impression that reflects the quality and culture of Victory.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver a seamless candidate journey.
Onboarding Experience
- Help create an exceptional Day One experience for every new employee.
- Ensure workspaces, onboarding materials, welcome items, and other necessities are prepared before a new hire arrives.
- Coordinate with People Operations and local leaders on onboarding logistics.
- Help new employees feel welcomed, connected, and integrated into Victory from Day One.
- Support first-year recognition and employee experience initiatives.
Events & Activations
- Help plan and execute local office events, team gatherings, celebrations, competitions, and other activations.
- Support company-wide initiatives by bringing them to life at the local office level.
- Drive participation and engagement across events and programs.
- Help create experiences that strengthen connection, morale, and team cohesion.
Employee Experience & People Support
- Serve as an on-site resource for employees and a point of contact for People Operations and People Experience initiatives.
- Listen to employees and act as the eyes and ears of the office.
- Capture feedback, identify trends, and escalate meaningful insights to leadership.
- Support People Operations with onboarding logistics, benefits awareness, compliance-related activities, and other employee initiatives.
- Solve problems quickly and take ownership from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, event coordination, customer service, recruiting, human resources, or another people-focused role.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and common workplace technology.
- Ability to coordinate events, activities, and multiple moving pieces.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

- Maintain a 95%+ monthly office readiness score.
- Execute all assigned culture activations each month.
- Drive 60%+ engagement across assigned territory/company events and programs.
- Deliver 90%+ new-hire satisfaction.
- Maintain a 98%+ task completion rate across assigned responsibilities and SOPs.
