Job Overview – Caregiver Recruiter

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Caregiver Recruiter to join our growing home care team. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk HR role—this is a production-based recruiting position focused on one thing: hiring caregivers daily

***** Will work two days in Frankfort and 3 days in Louisville. *******

In this role, you will take full ownership of the hiring pipeline—from sourcing and outreach to interviews and closing offers. You will actively recruit caregivers through calls, texts, job boards, referrals, and community outreach to ensure we always have staff ready to serve our clients.

If you are competitive, persistent, and motivated by hitting hiring goals, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on both our company and the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment process with a primary focus on daily caregiver hires
Make high-volume outbound calls and texts to applicants and leads
Actively source candidates through Indeed, referrals, social media, and community outreach
Conduct same-day interviews and move candidates quickly through the hiring process
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and future staffing needs
Drive referral generation from current caregivers and field staff
Track and manage activity using ATS/CRM systems
Extend job offers and close candidates on the spot when qualified
Coordinate onboarding to ensure caregivers are ready to work immediately
Partner with scheduling and operations teams to align hiring with staffing needs

Daily Performance Metrics (What Winning Looks Like)

Calls made to applicants
Resumes sourced/mined daily
Interviews conducted
Offers made
Offers accepted
New hires cleared and ready to work
Caregiver referrals generated

Goal: 1–2 hires per day

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring (healthcare/home care preferred)
Strong phone presence and closing ability
Comfortable with cold calling, texting, and persistent follow-up
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience using job boards (Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates at once
Sales mindset with a focus on results, not activity alone
