Customer Service Specialist

Patriot Construction Management | Full-Time

Lead. Coordinate. Deliver. Grow.

Patriot Construction Management is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) to play a key role in supporting the USPS Facilities Repair & Modification Services (FRMS) program across all 50 states and U.S. territories.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service, dispatch, administrative, or facilities professional who is ready to lead a team, coordinate complex work, and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Lead daily workflow for Customer Service and related support team members.
Coordinate, triage, and dispatch USPS work orders while meeting required response times.
Serve as a key point of contact for USPS representatives, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Coordinate schedules, site access, project updates, and urgent service needs.
Support proposals, change orders, cost breakdowns, and required documentation.
Maintain accurate work order, project, and compliance records.
Process and support government contract invoicing and track NTE requirements.
Coordinate contractors and specialized services across multiple locations and trades.
Conduct post-completion customer follow-up and help resolve service or warranty concerns.
Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day direction to team members.

What You Bring

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, administrative support, construction, facilities, or related experience—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ year of experience leading, training, or providing work direction to others.
Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and urgent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused during escalated or emergency situations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Preferred:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
Customer service experience.
Government, municipal, or federal contract experience.
Experience with Salesforce-based platforms, including PCMS.
Knowledge of construction/facilities terminology and government contract invoicing.
