Full Job Description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Part-Time options)
Location: Sheridan, AR
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule Options: Daytime or After School

Kidsource Therapy is hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve children and families in the Sheridan clinic area and surrounding community settings. This role is ideal for an OT or experienced COTA who enjoys hands-on, functional therapy and values working closely with caregivers.

Therapists provide services in clinic, daycare, and other natural environments, with schedules built to include documentation, planning, and travel time.

Schedule & Availability

We are currently hiring for:

Part-time daytime availability, or
Part-time after-school availability

Due to current needs, after-school candidates must be available at least three afternoons per week (approximately 3:00–5:00 p.m.) to be considered.

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for Arkansas licensure)
Experienced COTAs will be considered
Comfortable working with families and caregivers
Interest in pediatric, functional, play-based therapy
