Who We Are Looking For:

We’re hiring a Patient Care & Marketing Coordinator—

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a busy healthcare setting, and is willing to help wherever needed. The Patient Care & Marketing Coordinator will assist with chiropractic therapies, patient communication, marketing follow-up, email newsletters, payment support, and general office tasks.

Position Summary

The Patient Care & Marketing Coordinator helps create a smooth, positive experience for patients from the moment they begin care through their ongoing treatment plan. This position supports the doctor and team by overseeing therapy flow, helping patients understand and complete recommended therapies, assisting with office communication, and helping track marketing leads and patient outreach.

This role requires someone who is warm, professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing both patient-facing and administrative responsibilities.

✅ Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Therapy Support

Assist patients with chiropractic therapies as directed by the doctor.
Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office.
Prepare therapy areas before and after patient visits.
Educate patients on basic therapy instructions and the importance of following their care plan.
Monitor patients during therapies and communicate any concerns to the doctor.
Help create a positive, encouraging, and welcoming experience for every patient.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in therapy areas.
Assist with patient attendance, care plan follow-through, and internal communication.

✅ Marketing & Patient Communication

Assist with creating and sending chiropractic email newsletters.
Help organize and maintain patient education content.
Track incoming marketing leads from events, seminars, website forms, social media, and other sources.
Follow up with leads by phone, text, or email according to office systems.
Help schedule new patient appointments from marketing leads.
Communicate with potential patients in a warm, helpful, and professional manner.
Assist with basic social media, community outreach, or event preparation as needed.
Help maintain marketing lists and track response rates or follow-up status.

✅ Administrative & Office Support

Assist with EFTs, payment updates, and patient financial communication as directed.
Help with scheduling, confirmations, and patient reminders as needed.
Support front desk and office flow during busy times.
Assist with filing, scanning, printing, organizing paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
Help maintain accurate records and follow office procedures.
Assist with supply organization and general office upkeep.
Complete miscellaneous tasks that support the overall success of the clinic.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Is comfortable talking with patients in person, over the phone, and through text or email.

Is willing to learn about chiropractic care, patient education, and office procedures.
Takes initiative and looks for ways to help.
Can handle both clinical support and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a chiropractic, medical, wellness, or customer service setting preferred but not required.
Comfortable using computers, email platforms, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow scripts and systems for lead follow-up.
Basic marketing or social media experience is a plus.
Experience with patient payments, EFTs, or office administration is helpful.
Must be professional, coachable, and trustworthy.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the office during the day.
Ability to assist patients with therapy setup.
Ability to lift light office or therapy-related items as needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule

This position may be full-time or part-time depending on office needs.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and responsibilities, but starts at $12-$15/hour.
