Full Job Description

Please read before applying. This role requires:

A PhD or PsyD in psychology
An active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in Texas (post-doctoral trainees are not eligible at this time)
Comfort providing care via telehealth

The role

Prosper Health hires licensed clinical psychologists to provide comprehensive autism assessments for adults via telehealth. These are thorough, multi-session evaluations: structured interviews, feedback sessions, and an integrated report your client will use for years. You have the time to do the clinical work properly. Many of our clients have spent years seeking an accurate assessment while being overlooked by a broken system. Your work gets them the answers they have been looking for.

Compensation

1099: $550 per completed assessment (about $95-$110/hour; an assessment takes 5-6 hours). Clinicians carrying a typical caseload of 3-4 assessments per week earn $1,650-$2,200/week.
W2 full-time: $100,000-$120,000/year with benefits.
Guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations.

Your schedule stays yours

You set your own calendar, any days and hours Monday through Sunday: no assigned shifts, no on-call, and nothing required on evenings or weekends unless you want them.
Part-time from 18 hours/week or full-time. W2 or 1099, your choice.

Zero admin

Scheduling, billing, insurance, and claims are handled for you. You assess, give feedback, and write reports. We do the rest.

What you'll do

Conduct comprehensive autism and mental health evaluations for adults via telehealth
Lead feedback sessions and write integrated reports
Join peer consultation and Project ECHO case conferences, with 1:1 mentorship

We train you on adult autism assessment. School, forensic, neuropsychology, and generalist backgrounds are all welcome. No prior autism assessment experience is required.
