Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an MSP support role or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of IT support experience
- Senior-level experience deploying, troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining:
- Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
- Active Directory
- DNS
- Microsoft 365
- VMWare vSphere
- Veeam
- Group Policy
- Enterprise Servers
- Enterprise SANs
- Advanced troubleshooting and deployment of Fortinet products including:
- FortiGate Firewalls
- Fortinet switches
- Fortinet WIFI Access Points
- Fortinet security products
- Work to engineer, onboard, and install new MSP customers
- Mentor and assist the Help Desk technicians and the Systems Administrators with support tickets
- Implement tools and processes to enhance organizational efficiency
- Conduct advanced network troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Azure, AWS, and other cloud technologies
· The expectation will be that you are an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in at least 2 of these areas: Networking, VMWare vSphere, Current versions of Windows Server, PowerShell, Active Directory or VDI.
· Currently On-Call rotation is handled by the Help Desk and Systems Administrators, however, Systems Engineers may be contacted to assist when necessary.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
