About the Position (Celina, TX)
A loving family in Celina, TX is seeking a mature, proactive, and compassionate Full-Time Nanny for their three children (ages 3.5, 5, and 9). The ideal candidate is someone strong in their faith, organized, and confident in enforcing healthy household boundaries while building strong, meaningful relationships with the kids.
Schedule & Hours
- Summer Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- School Year Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Childcare & Engagement: Lead fun, age-appropriate educational activities, outdoor adventures, and playtime.
- Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school, after-school activities, and appointments.
- Routine & Structure: Follow family routines, manage after-school schedules, and enforce gentle, consistent household rules.
- Household Management: Assist with light, child-related household tasks (meal prep, organizing play spaces, light laundry).
- Travel: Comfortably travel with the family on several domestic or international trips throughout the year.

What We’re Looking For
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience (for full-time roles).
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date).
- Reliability: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Skills: Excellent communication, proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy household.
- Clearances: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- References: Must provide at least two professional childcare references.
