Full Job Description

Job Overview:

K&K Incorporated is a growing precision machining and tool & die company specializing in custom manufacturing, automation, fixtures, molds, and CNC machining solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist / Office Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, ERP administration, and day-to-day office operations.

This position is heavily focused on accounting and financial administration within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced machine shop environment.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Operations

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage accounts receivable and customer payment follow-up
Process customer payments (ACH, checks, wire transfers, etc.)
Assist with accounts payable and vendor payments
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
Maintain accurate and confidential financial records
Approve employee timecards and process payroll accurately and on time
Work within our ERP system (JobBOSS E2)
Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and reporting activities

ERP & Manufacturing Administration

Enter and manage customer orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
Ensure accurate job tracking and shipping coordination
Support purchasing and material tracking activities
Help improve office systems, workflows, and administrative processes

Office & Administrative Support

Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer/vendor communication
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office environment

Qualifications

Previous accounting experience required
Manufacturing or machine shop experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Payroll experience required (ADP experience preferred)
Experience with ERP systems; JobBOSS E2 experience is a plus
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
