Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate, dedicated LBA/BCBA or LABA to join our clinical team.
This is a dynamic clinical role that combines ongoing, hands-on direct therapy implementation alongside case management, program design, and supervisory responsibilities.
- For LABAs: This role provides structured, hands-on experience and free, high-quality supervision toward your BCBA credential, with opportunities to complete both restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours during paid working hours.
- For LBAs / BCBAs: This role allows you to maintain direct clinical skills, mentor junior clinicians and RBTs, and lead client programs with a focus on assent-based practices and Precision Teaching.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Clinical Care (Core Requirement)
- Provide ongoing 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients on a consistent, scheduled basis utilizing Precision Teaching and Assent-Based Care practices.
- Conduct direct treatment sessions during key after-school hours (until 6:00 PM).
- Continuously monitor assent and dissent cues (vocal and non-vocal), adapting session structure and tasks to maintain a positive, low-stress learning environment.
Program Design & Supervision (Restricted & Unrestricted Opportunities)
- Design, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), skill-acquisition programs, and stimulus materials.
- Collect and chart real-time data using Standard Celeration Charts / precision measurement systems to drive clinical decision-making.
- Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct care staff.
- Perform treatment fidelity checks, clinical audits, and parent/caregiver guidance sessions centered around collaborative, compassionate care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active Washington State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or eligible prior to start date).
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for LBA level position
- Clinical Disposition: Willingness and commitment to maintain ongoing direct therapy implementation as a core component of the daily/weekly role.
- Schedule: Ability to work after-school peak hours until 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
- Clinical Values: Strong commitment to Assent-Based Care, trauma-informed practices, and client autonomy.
- Experience: Experience with or strong interest in Precision Teaching and Standard Celeration Charting (prior experience preferred, but training is provided).
- Transportation & Service Area:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be willing and able to commute throughout our service area—including North Seattle, close-in North suburbs (e.g., Shoreline, Edmonds), and Eastside suburbs (e.g., Bothell, Kirkland, Bellevue)—and navigate local traffic conditions to access client sites, schools, and home-based settings.
- Clear background check required.

- Competitive Hourly Pay:
- LABA / BCaBA: $3o.00 – $40.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
- LBA / BCBA: $40.00 – $52.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
- Precision Teaching & Assent Mentorship: Specialized training and ongoing consultation from experienced clinicians.
- Travel Compensation:
Drive-Time Pay: Paid travel time between client appointments during the workday.
Mileage Reimbursement: Standard mileage reimbursement for work-related transit between client locations.
