Position Summary:

Bilingual Spark Early Learning Specialist will engage and support early learning system partners who provide services to early educators who speak languages other than English as well provide translation and interpretation in a culturally responsive manner. Bilingual staff may be asked to use both languages through all duties and activities as needed. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or a combination or related training/ education/ certification equivalent to 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
3-5 years Professional work experience in child care and education (birth to age 12) and/or other relevant experience such as home visiting, CCR&R, human/social services, assessment work, or childcare licensing
1-2 year’s Experience in the use of common computer-based technology such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, web-based meeting software, etc.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and emerging needs
Effectively manages multiple tasks and delivers high-quality work under tight deadlines
Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse individuals and groups, including providers, team members, program staff, and administrators
Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Apply systems thinking while maintaining strong attention to detail
