Client Experience Specialist — Marketing, Sales & Administrative Support Overview

Overview:
We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and motivated Client Experience Specialist to join our premier aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and medical practice in Bannockburn.

This hybrid role combines digital marketing, social media, sales, client experience, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with background in Marketing, strong customer service skills, sales confidence, a creative eye, and an interest in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, or cosmetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Growth

Help plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across social and other relevant channels.
Manage social media content, posting, engagement, and brand presence.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, and conversions; identify opportunities to improve targeting, creative, messaging, offers, and results.
Support paid advertising campaigns, promotions, seasonal offers, events, and other lead-generation initiatives.
Create basic promotional graphics, social content, photos, and short-form video using Canva or similar tools.
Engage with followers and prospects and convert social and marketing activity into inquiries and appointments.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and a polished visual presence.

Sales & Lead Engagement

Respond promptly to new prospects and inquiries through phone, email, text, and social media.
Proactively follow up with prospects and guide them toward consultations and appointments.
Track leads, follow-up activity, and outcomes to help improve conversion.
Promote services, products, memberships, packages, and special offers.
Support appropriate upselling and cross-selling while maintaining a high-end, client-first experience.

Client Experience & Administration

Manage calls, emails, texts, appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-in, and checkout.
Greet clients and provide a warm, professional, and exceptional experience.
Handle client questions and challenging situations professionally and confidently.
Manage invoicing, billing, payment collection, and follow-up.
Support inventory, office organization, providers, and general day-to-day operations.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with client, financial, and business information.

Required Qualifications

Experience or education in marketing, business, communications, sales, or a related field.
1 - 3 Years of experience with digital marketing, paid advertising, organic social media, content creation, paid campaign management and optimization.
1-3 Years of experience in sales, customer service or other client-facing roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable proactively contacting, engaging, and following up with prospective clients.
Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to create graphics and social content using Canva or similar tools.
Interest in or basic knowledge of aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, or cosmetic treatments.
Professional, polished, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced client-facing environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
