Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the daily operations of a busy office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly, communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.

What You Will Do

Coordinate day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation.
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems.
Support internal communication and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and other business documents as needed.
Track office supplies, place orders, and help ensure resources are available.
Assist with onboarding, team coordination, and other operational tasks.
Work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business needs.
Help improve office processes and contribute to an efficient workflow.
