Full Job Description

Production Operator | Richmond, UT

Nexeo Staffing is hiring dependable Production Operators to assist with flour packaging and warehouse operations. Employees rotate between several production duties throughout the shift, helping move finished flour products safely and efficiently through the facility. No previous production experience is required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Lift and stack 50-pound bags of flour onto pallets
Palletize finished flour products
Stretch-wrap completed pallets
Use a manual pallet jack to move wrapped pallets to designated loading or bay areas
Prepare finished products for forklift pickup and shipment
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food-safety procedures
Keep production and work areas clean and organized
Follow instructions from Team Leaders and supervisors
Perform other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
Must be physically capable of standing and performing repetitive work throughout a 12-hour shift
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must have reliable personal transportation
Must be dependable and able to work the full assigned schedule
Spanish-only speakers are welcome to apply

Pay

$19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Day or Night Shifts Available

Day Shift

Schedule A: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Friday
Schedule B: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and every other Friday
Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Night Shift

Richmond: 4:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.
Collinston: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Night-shift schedules follow the assigned A or B rotation.
