Full Job Description

We are looking for a positive, upbeat, polished and professional Salon Coordinator/Receptionist who loves working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

This position is an important part of our salon team. The Salon Coordinator will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests while also helping to manage day-to-day situations that arise on the salon floor.

Must have salon experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Availability during the week and on weekends is required.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phones and schedule, confirm and manage appointments
Provide excellent customer service and help resolve client concerns or issues
Assist with employees and day-to-day issues that arise on the salon floor
Communicate effectively with stylists and management to keep the salon running smoothly
Process retail sales and help guests select products
Maintain a professional, organized and welcoming front desk
Use salon computer and scheduling systems

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
