Full Job Description

Hampton Inn Somerset is currently looking for a part time Night Auditor (2 nights/week) that understands the concept of exceptional Hotel guest service. The Night Auditor is responsible for Front office operations must be able to multi-task and demonstrates excellent follow up skills and customer service. Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests and checking them into and out of the hotel, fulfilling their requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries, and assisting the team to execute the best possible Guest service we can provide. Maintains the professional financial standards of the hotel by managing end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy, and reporting anomalies. Making reservations, and other duties as assigned. Able to work through customer service related issues and problem solve. Any other duties or responsibilities, which might be required by a manager.

Qualifications and Skills

* Available for shifts (11 PM to 7 AM) on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays.

Candidates with Hotel Experience and have open availability.

*Excellent Written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional time management abilities

*Previous Hotel Front Desk experience is preferred.

*Must be over 18 or over

*Strong computer proficiency

*At least 1-year work experience in hotel guest services or other customer services related area.

*Neat, professional grooming, and presentation

*A positive attitude

*This position is eligible for Hilton travel benefits.
