Job description:

Spherion Fort Myers is searching for a dedicated Bilingual Office Administrative Assistant to join a great company in the Clewiston, FL area. This is a chance to use your administrative expertise to ensure smooth daily operations, directly helping the company and your career get to a better place.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm

Responsibilities: You'll be the central administrative support, handling everything from customer communication to detailed office tasks.

Serve as the main point of contact, handling inbound & outbound phone calls.
Greet office guests and manage scheduling.
Accurately perform data entry and complete financial transactions, including collecting payments and processing purchase orders.
Managing key communication channels
Assist with inventory ordering and completing necessary reports.
Using Excel on a daily basis to track orders and inventory.
Quickbooks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Required Skills:

Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Quickbooks
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2-3 years of proven customer service/office support experience.
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to pass a national background and drug screening.
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to multitask effectively
Computer proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
