Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Assist guests with luggage storage and transportation arrangements.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform night audit duties as required.

Requirements:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide personalized service.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Knowledge of guest service and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to calmly handle difficult situations with guests.
