Position Summary

The System Support Technician II independently handles the full range of end-user support across our corporate and hospitality environments, including more complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems. Working with limited supervision, you'll support on-property technology needs and serve as a dependable resource during events and peak periods. This role suits a technician who is ready to own their queue end to end and take on greater responsibility for device lifecycle, identity administration, and on-site event support.

What You'll Do

Independently diagnose and resolve escalated desktop, mobile, printing, A/V, and connectivity issues across corporate and hospitality sites.
Manage device lifecycle end to end — provisioning, configuration, refresh, and secure decommissioning — through Intune and Autopilot.
Administer routine Entra ID and Microsoft 365 tasks such as account setup, group membership, license assignment, and shared-mailbox access.
Provide on-site support and setup for meetings, hospitality events, and tournament operations.
Maintain accurate asset, warranty, and knowledge-base records, and contribute to support documentation.
Mentor Technician I staff on procedures and customer service standards.

What You'll Need

1-3 years of end-user technical support experience.
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365 administration basics, endpoint management, and device deployment.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot independently and manage a personal ticket queue to SLA.
Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of professional customer service.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, or a ticketing platform such as Freshservice.
Prior experience in a hospitality or multi-site environment.
CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Experience supporting A/V, conferencing, or hospitality property systems.
Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell) for routine tasks.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position supporting a diversified portfolio that spans investment management, hospitality, sports and event operations, education, and philanthropy. The role requires regular presence at hotel properties and periodic extended hours during peak hospitality periods or major events. Occasional evening, weekend, and on-call coverage is required.
