Overview

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and brand engagement across multiple social media platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to elevate our online presence. Your energetic approach will inspire audiences, foster community relationships, and drive brand growth through creative social media marketing and digital marketing performance monitoring. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand voice and connect with diverse audiences nationwide.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphic designs using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and media editing tools.
Monitor social media channels regularly using applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, ensuring positive relationship management.
Utilize social listening tools and social media analytics to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to increase reach and conversions while optimizing ad performance through keyword research and web analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the vision and goals for the company
Track digital marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.

Requirements

Experience in social media management with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency in content creation including graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), video editing, photography, proofreading, and media editing tools.
Familiarity with social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
Knowledge of social listening tools and social media analytics to monitor trends, measure engagement metrics, and optimize content strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content writing that aligns with branding guidelines.
Ability to analyze marketing online analytics data to assess campaign performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining a lively enthusiasm for digital marketing innovation.
